1. How do I pay for classes?
A student will pay by means of money order, cashier check, or cash. Checks and money orders are payable to the Apostolic School of Minister and Music and sent to the Apostolic Fulfillment Center; 6525 Auburn Dr. #108, Virginia Beach, VA 23464.Cash payments will be given to the campus registrar’s office.
2. How much does it cost?
A student will pay $50.00 per credit hour for each class. If a class carry 3 credit hours, it will be $50.00 X 3 = $150.00 tuition for the class. This does not include application fees or books. This is a one time application fee of $25.00 as long as the student remains enrolled.
3. Can I make payments?
A student may enroll in our Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) to may payments. Anyone enrolled in the program will not be able to receive any refunds if one decides to withdraw from a class.
One-third of the balance of the tuition must be paid at the beginning of enrollment.

Books may be order through www.amazon.com or www.christianbook.com .or contact the instructor of the course
5. How do I transfer credits?
Credits may be transferable if the student provides an official copy of their transcripts from other colleges. An academic counselor will determine on what credits are transferable. Acceptance is based on careful analysis of transcripts
6. What are the core classes?
The core classes are those classes that are prerequisites regardless of the level entry of upon enrollment. For example, whether you come in with a Masters degree or a GED, these classes are the basic requirements

8. If a pastor has previous learn outside of classroom environment, what kind of credits would he or she received?
Adult training completed without earned credit (maximum 30 semester hours) via the Life Experience Form. All information submitted for Life Experience Credit must be verifiable.
9. How confidential is my information?
The Apostolic School of Ministry and Music protects the confidentiality of the education records of current and former students. This policy is in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), as amended.
At its discretion the institution may provide directory information to include: student name, address, telephone number, date and place of birth, major field of study, dates of attendance, degree and wards received, and the most recent previous educational agency or institution attended by the student. Student may withhold directory information by notifying the registrar in writing within two weeks of the posting of the annual notice-advising students their rights.
Students are provided with the right to inspect and review the information contained in their records with the exception of the following: confidential letters, and recommendations associated with admission, employment, educational records containing information about more than one student, in which case the institution will permit access only to that part of the record which pertains to the inquiring student.
10. How do I obtain official or unofficial transcripts?
Official Transcript: This transcript has the seal of The Apostolic School of Ministry and Music, date, and an appropriate signature for students who have attended this institution. These are only issued directly to other institutions, college, or employers.
The current fee for an Official Transcript is $7.00 each. Official Transcripts can only be released upon receipt of Official Transcripts form previous learning institutions or Official letters of confirmation.
Unofficial Student Transcript: This transcript is an unofficial record of grades obtained while a student of The Apostolic School of Ministry and Music. It is issued to the student and has the appropriate signature and is dated, but is without the College seal. When all coursework has been completed and all financial obligations are fulfilled, one (1) Unofficial Transcript will be available at no charge.
The current fee for subsequent Unofficial Transcripts is $5.00 each. Unofficial Transcripts can only be released upon receipt of Official Transcripts from previous learning institutions or Official letters of confirmation.
Neither Official nor Unofficial Transcripts will be issued for a student who has failed to meet all his/her financial obligations to the Apostolic School of Ministry and Music.
11. What if a student withdraws from a class?
Authorized: A student who wishes to withdraw voluntarily during a semester shall:
--Meet with the Dean of Students (if an External Student, write a letter of withdrawal to the Dean of Students).
--Satisfy all financial obligations before withdrawal or they will not receive academic transcripts
--Grades with WP—withdrawal passing or WF—withdrawal failing shall be placed on the students transcript for the course in which the student was enrolled based on their course grades at the time of withdrawal.
Unauthorized: A student who leaves during a semester without officially withdrawing will be administratively withdrawn. A grade of I (incomplete) shall be placed on the student’s academic transcript for the courses enrolled in that semester, unless the Academic Dean specifies that WF (withdrawal failing) be posted.
